Last Day on Earth
By Naliah
I always hear people make comments about how another person look and shaped which makes me think why? because they wouldn't want someone bringing down also so I think people should treat others the way they will want to be treated.
Before it is too late
By Bennie
Dear word, I don't really have much time nor do I have much to say but I guess I’ll saying something. My name is Bennie, Im a 15 year old boy from West Philadelphia and I wrote this to tell you to live your life to the fullest & do what you want. The reason I'm telling you this is because before you know it would be living your last day one day just like me. So do take that risk that you've been hesitant on doing for the past 3 months, go pursue that dream of yours that you feel is impossible, go do whatever you desire. Moral of the story is to do it all before it is too late.
To my half sister
By Nijay
If this was my last day on earth, and I would have to write a letter to somebody it could be to my little sister. I said my little sister because she will always pick up the phone when I need to talk or listen. I feel like I have to get something else off my chest. My sister's 9 and I’m 15, so the talks we be having you would think she’s my age. I also chose my little sister because I haven't seen her since January, 2024. I don't talk to my mom for many reasons and 1 of them is because she's a lying manipulating Hefa.. Sorry not sorry but my time sister still always play a huge role in my life. She wouldn't let me walk out the house looking any way, going somewhere without my hair done, and if I got a problem with some girls she always gonna back my play, it don't matter how old they is.
Letter to the World
By Semaj
I honestly believe that somethings need to be said. As this is probably one of my letters I will ever write I wanna share all of my horrible to my greatest experiences. At a young age, I always liked the enjoyment of the outsides but lets keep it REAL. Not everyday outside will be great especially with the major school warming we have. The weather changes from being sunny to it being cold as balls outside.
Love is Pain
By Sage
One thing that I've learned out of my 16 years of living is that love is such a beautiful thing but can also make you suffer. But in order for love to work, You have to suffer argue, and communicate if you love and want this person. To put in so much effort and not regret it every day. Loving a girl like her would never be a mistake no matter what happened between us. Suffering from all arguments is something that takes patience and understanding.
But for her I'd be willing to do it all over again due to all the love I have for her deep in my heart. Never in my life have it ever got someone just like her. To me she was just sweet, caring and affectionate. Someone I've never cross paths with before. Even though she made me go through hell not once did I question my love for her.
Letter to the World
By Symar
If I miss an my death bed and had the chance to walk to the world, I would stay to do what your heart is telling you not what your someone else is. Don't listen to what other people have to say because they are the time they are saying it to bring you down. Don't be shocked to do something cross someone might not like it. Don't worry about other people thought about you. Never let someone pressure you in to doing something you don't want to. Just live your life to the fullest end don't do anything that can run it.
Letter to the World
By Ousmane
To the world,
It’s my last day, and I leave with a heavy heart I’ve dreamed of being one of the greatest basketball players ever, but never achieved. Life had other plans, and the hour glass ran out.
Ous.
last breath on earth
By Loyd
Here I am
On my deathbed
Weak
Fragile
Taking breaths
Not knowing which one
Will be my last
Everytime I move
It hurts
I’m in constant pain
This is a cruel fate
This is a cruel world
But this ain’t about me
It’s about my family
I wanna thank my grandma
Countless nights at her house
I wanna thank my mom
For birthing me
I wanna thank my dad
For countless memories
And time spent together
I wanna thank my pop pop
Countless trips to the dollar tree
I wanna thank my uncle
Countless time talking
I wanna thank my aunt
Countless sleepovers and trip
I wanna thank my friends
For being there
I wanna thank earth
For letting me see
The beauty of it all
I wanna thank me
For living every moments
To the best
This is my last message
This is my last fate
This is my last choice
And this is my last

Masculinity
By Mi’khi & Mikel
Strongness, courage, and caring
Traits that show you’re really there.
It does not make men muscular or tough.
It's knowing when enough's enough.
Strength: Helps another human being in need.
Standing tall for every act.
Force or even the use of fists alone:.
Yet fast doth good the gale hold.
Courage is the confrontation of your fears.
Masculinity
By Erin
The weight of expectation, a heavy crown,
To stand tall, never to falter or frown,
A provider, a leader, a pillar so strong,
But within the cracks, a vulnerability, where does it belong?
The pressure to conquer, to never break,
The silent struggle, the battles to fake,
A handshake, a firm grip, a code to uphold,
The unspoken language, a story untold.
Masculinity
By Naadir & Charles
A man has yet taken shape under the sun at dawn, when the shadows fall. Not traced by steel, nor guided by kingship, but by the stubborn will to learn. It isn’t bloodshed or the strong-arm of might that grants a man power, but steady courage in the night. The gentle touch, the eyes that follow, the silent tear he won’t show. He stands like oak petrified against the storm, yet bows down like willow in gusts. His heart is a compass, much sturdy and true, with his worth in what he dares to do.
Masculinity
By Jesse
Strength isn’t just being loud or tough,
It’s helping others and showing love.
It’s holding it together when life feels wrong,
Staying kind and staying strong.
Resilience is trying even when it’s hard
Getting back up when you’re feeling scarred.
Like a river that keeps moving through
You don’t give up you find what’s true.
Protectiveness means you always care
You stick around and you’re always there.
It’s keeping others safe from harm
With love as your shield not just your arm.
Emotions of a real man
By Loyd
What is Masculinity?
Is a question I ask myself
I look in the mirror
At my self
and ask
“Am I masculine”
I have traits of a woman
I talk as I wanna be a woman
I feel like I wanna be a woman
Do I wanna be a woman??
Now I have to look
Deep inside of me
To see if i feel masculine
To see if i view myself as masculine
Do others view me as masculine
Do I talk with a hint of Masculinity
I feel masculine
I see myself as masculine
So why deep down
I don’t feel like im masculine
I’m supposed to be prideful
But I have sympathy
I’m supposed to be tough
But I show vulnerability
I’m supposed to bottle up my emotions
But I express it all the time
Am I a real man
Or just a woman in a man body
Like a sheep in wolf clothing
I am someone that I’m not
